If parebet becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. In the course of operating the parebet platform, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the Philippines — for example, in connection with cloud hosting infrastructure or third-party service providers whose servers are located outside the Philippines.

parebet does not transfer your personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide adequate data protection safeguards without implementing appropriate contractual or technical measures to compensate for the absence of such safeguards.

parebet reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC guidance. When material changes are made, parebet will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

The updated Privacy Policy will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the parebet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy.
