parebet Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between parebet ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "User," or "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses the parebet online gaming platform available at parebet.app.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing the parebet game lobby, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the parebet platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of parebet, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform without an account, and any person accessing parebet from a device registered to a parebet account holder.

To register and use the parebet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

If parebet discovers at any time that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements — including the 21+ age requirement — parebet reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void any bets placed, and withhold or return any funds in the account in accordance with applicable regulations.

To access real-money gaming features on parebet, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) active parebet account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If parebet identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances may be forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your parebet login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your parebet account.
• You must notify parebet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting support at the email address listed in Section 15.
• parebet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Account registration is free. parebet does not charge a fee for creating a player account.

All financial transactions on parebet are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). parebet supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your parebet wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. parebet does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to parebet's internal review procedures. parebet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in the name of the registered parebet account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• parebet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Funds deposited on parebet may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform. parebet is not a financial institution and does not offer interest on player balances.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, parebet reserves the right to correct the error and recover any incorrectly credited funds.

parebet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• parebet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• parebet reserves the right to void bonus winnings and withhold withdrawals if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system or engaged in bonus abuse strategies.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game on parebet, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

All games on parebet use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer formats to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. parebet does not manipulate game outcomes in favor of the platform or any individual player.

• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in parebet's server logs shall be the definitive record.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, parebet will endeavor to restore the game to its last confirmed state.
• parebet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. parebet is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the parebet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with parebet games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the parebet platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Engaging in money laundering or using parebet for any purpose that violates Philippine law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing parebet staff or other players through any communication channel.

parebet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that while the majority of players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviors. parebet takes this responsibility seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered parebet players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending on parebet.

All content on the parebet platform — including but not limited to the parebet brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and underlying technology — is the intellectual property of parebet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the parebet platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the parebet platform without prior written consent.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the parebet platform.
• The parebet name and logo may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written permission from parebet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, parebet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your parebet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

parebet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the parebet platform.
• Losses resulting from interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond parebet's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

parebet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on parebet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the parebet Privacy Policy.

parebet collects personal data for the following primary purposes: account registration and verification, KYC compliance, transaction processing, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and customer support. parebet does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by parebet, subject to legal retention requirements. To exercise your data rights, contact parebet support at the email address listed in Section 15.

parebet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Direction from a Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in parebet's operational policies.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your parebet account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

parebet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, parebet will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the parebet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with parebet informally by contacting our customer support team. parebet will endeavor to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint.
